About the Role
Fin Tech is a part of the CFO's organisation and responsible for innovating and building the best financial products & systems in the world. Our DNA is customer obsession, top-quality products, collaboration, and clarity.
As an Application Developer you will envision and craft a financial product roadmap to enable an accurate, streamlined accounting and financial close process worldwide.
You will partner with other Fin Tech leaders to perform systems analysis and implement systems changes across Fin Tech systems. You will be responsible for overall metrics and business impact of your programs in Source to Pay (S2P) Track. Primary partners will be Finance Operations with extended collaboration with Accounting, Strategic Finance, Engineering and Audit & Compliance teams.
---- What the Candidate Will Do ----
- Responsible for different flows in Source to Pay Process, Taxation and product management.
- Work collaboratively with business and act as a business partner and subject matter expert for all Finance Applications.
- Identify opportunities for business process improvement and drive cross-functional business and system requirements for the implementation and support of key financial processes.
- Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, identify gaps, and translate business requirements into system solutions.
- Document business requirements, functional design, test scenarios and scripts, and end-user training materials.
- Work with Finance and other cross-functional teams to get a deep understanding of the processes and data flows, and translate business requirements into system functional specifications
- Work with Engineering and other technical teams to deliver the system solutions

Experienced in end-to-end business process lifecycle-from design and automation to monitoring and refinement
---- Preferred Qualifications ----
Educational & Professional Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related discipline with demonstrated experience in process standardization, digitalization, Lean/continuous improvement, and process management within GBS/SSC environments.
S2P Technical & ERP Capabilities
Hands-on experience with Source-to-Pay applications and modules across Oracle EBS and Fusion (Procurement, Sourcing, Supplier Qualification Management, Payables), as well as SaaS platforms such as Coupa, Ariba, Concur, and Workday-including implementation, configuration, integration, and optimization.
Process Management & Optimization
Strong expertise in process mapping, design, automation, and performance measurement-using tools like Tableau, Power BI, ERP analytics, dashboards, and KPIs to enhance S2P process efficiency, compliance, and cycle times.
Global Deployment & Business Process Consulting
Proven track record in leading global financial application rollouts and S2P transformations, delivering business process consulting, developing target operating models, solution architecture, and ensuring stakeholder alignment.
Leadership & Stakeholder Collaboration
Excellent leadership and communication skills with experience managing teams, handling escalations, facilitating training, and building consensus across departments in matrixed organizations.
