About the role
We're looking for a collaborative and strategic leader to drive Campaign & Creative Services across LATAM. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring high-quality campaign execution at scale, while aligning closely with regional business goals.

You'll partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful advertising solutions, optimize performance, and unlock growth opportunities across markets. What you'll do

Regional leadership & business alignment

  • Act as the regional lead for Campaign & Creative Services across LATAM, ensuring consistency, scalability, and high-quality execution
  • Partner with Country Sales Managers and regional stakeholders to align campaign delivery with revenue goals, pipeline priorities, and local market strategies
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scale, helping shape operational strategy to support regional growth

Campaign execution & operations

  • Oversee the full campaign lifecycle, including setup, QA, launch, optimization, and reporting across display, performance, and programmatic channels
  • Ensure campaigns meet advertiser goals, KPIs, and service expectations
  • Analyze in-flight performance and provide actionable recommendations, optimizations, and growth opportunities
  • Maintain compliance with ad policies, brand safety standards, and relevant regulations

Team leadership & development

  • Lead and support a regional team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning
  • Set clear goals and success metrics aligned with business priorities
  • Develop scalable processes and playbooks to improve efficiency and enable regional expansion

Industry expertise & thought leadership

  • Share insights on digital advertising, programmatic trends, and regional market dynamics
  • Translate industry knowledge into actionable strategies that enhance campaign and creative services
  • Stay up to date with industry developments to continuously evolve capabilities

What you'll need

  • Experience in digital advertising, Ad Operations, Ad Tech, or a related field
  • Experience leading or mentoring teams, ideally across multiple markets or regions
  • Strong understanding of campaign management, performance optimization, and reporting
  • Experience working in regional or multi-country environments (LATAM experience is a plus)
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into actions
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working cross-functionally (e.g., with Sales teams)

Bonus points

  • Familiarity with SQL or data analysis tools
  • Experience with Ad Tech platforms and ad servers (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, DV360, The Trade Desk, Adobe)
  • Understanding of programmatic ecosystems, publisher monetization, and tools like GAM or header bidding
  • Experience with analytics tools, CDPs/DMPs, clean rooms, or audience platforms
  • Knowledge of brand safety, ad viewability, and fraud prevention practices
  • A customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering great advertiser and user experiences
