About the role

Job Details:

As the EV Backup Rehanger you are responsible for rehanging the birds that fall from the picking line. It is also your responsibility to assist the EV Supervisor and/or Leader in regulating the line speed, notifying the hangers of changes, auditing birds and recording data. This is a fast-paced position that works alone most of the time and is located in a moist atmosphere.

Candidate must be able to work efficiently at a fast pace, be self-motivated and reliable. The physical ability to work with your arms raised for a long period of time as well as standing throughout the day without difficulty is required. The physical ability to repetitiously rehang birds is required.

  • Physical Requirements: Standing, walking, bending, stretching, climbing, pushing, pulling, and reaching.

  • Lifting: Required in many areas (weight depends on the area).

  • Work Environment: hot, or humid environments with potentially slippery walking surfaces.
