As part of the Capital Markets division within Truist Securities, Inc., the Securitized Products Group (SPG) provides structured debt capital solutions to clients of Truist across ABS (consumer, commercial, and esoteric asset classes), non-agency CMBS, middle-market lending, and CLO markets.
SPG (i) partners with Sales and Trading to place securitized products with institutional investors in the new issue market and (ii) partners with Credit Delivery to originate collateralized credit facilities for our clients, funded by Truist Bank and/or syndicated to other banks and/or institutional investors. SPG collaborates with internal partners including Banking, Sales and Trading, Credit Delivery, Risk, Operations, and Legal to achieve seamless execution, appropriate risk mitigation and strong client experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Develop subject matter expertise and translate knowledge into value added ideas.2. Lead execution in support of senior originators. May have limited revenue goals.
- Collaborate with internal partners, including risk, to achieve optimal execution.
- Mentor and develop junior teammates.

Required Qualifications:

- BA/BS degree2. Licenses: Series 7, 79, and 63
- 7-11 years of related work experience
- Strong technical skills, (including financial analysis, modeling, presentation) and developing subject matter expertise
- Strong interpersonal skills which foster teamwork, trust and accountability
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functional areas to facilitate execution
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA degree, with a Finance focus2. 5+ years capital markets ABS experience, preferably at an Investment bank
The base salary for this position is between $275000.
