One Tech's mission is to provide the technical, scientific and digital expertise needed to design Total Energies’ development projects, deliver support to the operations and project execution in all its industrial activities worldwide. One Tech hires, trains and prepares people in the technical know-how necessary for the delivery of our ambition for the benefit and direct transfer to the Company businesses, subsidiaries and insustrial sites.

One Tech's **3,400 employees,**including engineers, technicians and researchers, work across a dozen sites around the world and are fully committed to Total Energies' balanced multi-energy strategy for the benefit of the energy transition and are expected to rotate out of One Tech to directly contribute to our businesses locally on their industrial sites.

Join Total Energies & support the energy transition

You will start on November 2, 2026, be hired under a permanent contract (CDI), and join the One Tech branch to integrate Total Energies and prepared to work in Total Energies businesses in countries across the world, working on-site, in subsidiaries, or at industrial facilities.

After a two-week onboarding period at the Paris headquarters and the Technical and Scientific Center in Pau, you will join your team.
Your first year will include several group missions with your intake class (ex : refinery, research center, laboratory, subsidiaries, etc.), giving you a broad overview of the Company and helping you expand your professional network.

A short Learning Expedition at DTU in Denmark is also under consideration, featuring technical challenges on industrial pilot projects. This will give you firsthand exposure to Total Energies’ concrete commitment to renewable energies.

Candidate Profile

About You

• You hold a recent Master’s degree (MSc) or an engineering degree (equivalent to 5 years of higher education).
• Your academic background includes geosciences, operations, drilling, maintenance and inspection, or process engineering.
• You have a strong interest in digital technologies and data.
• You are interested in technical professions: you enjoy problem-solving, and your curiosity and open-mindedness enable you to take initiative.
• You are able to work in a dynamic, international environment.
• You can communicate in professional English, and you understand French or are motivated to learn it quickly.
• You are eager to develop an international career in Africa, the Middle East, Asia and the Americas quickly and will pursue your career abroad after this first year in France.
