Context & Environment

Activities

• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, emergency repairs, and small projects across service stations and consumer sites.
• Ensure compliance with Total Energies standards, procedures, and local regulations.
• Coordinate with external authorities to align technical and HSE programs with legal requirements.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners on maintenance, regulatory controls, and contracts.
• Ensure accurate monthly invoice and expense summaries.
• Manage warehouse assets and support asset tagging.
• Design, install, and monitor solar systems monthly and ensure compliance with EAC regulations.
• Manage PM contracts (new, renewals, extensions) and ensure maintenance schedules and contract rates are followed.
• Ensure dispenser operations comply with NMC and licensing regulations.
• Collaborate with Retail and B2B teams for timely project planning and liquidation.

Candidate Profile

• Electrical Engineering or Equivalent Level.
• Civil Engineering & MEP, AutoCAD Drawing 2D-3D , MS Office & MS Project.
• Certificate of AutoCAD 2D & 3D, Engineering Fundamentals (Civil & MEP)
• Effective Communication: Demonstrates clear, concise, and purposeful interaction across all levels.
• Collaborates constructively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
• Adapts readily to changing priorities, environments, and challenges.
• Good English for speaking, writing, listening & Reading.
• Minimum 3 Years Experience in Construction & Maintenance.
• Familiarity with safety, environmental, and quality regulations relevant.
