As a Senior Product Designer,you’ll own the full product lifecycle, from understanding the problem and opportunity, through research, ideation, and vision-setting, to validation with users. You’ll work closely with Product and Engineering to ensure high-quality delivery and measure the impact. Our goal: create experiences that solve our users’ most critical needs and with that feel iconic, instantly understood, memorable, and delightful to use.

About the Role

• Lead and own the full cycle of the product design process starting from problem definition to solution.

• Ensuring consistency and excellence in design execution.

• Conduct research and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions.

• Translate complex workflows into simple, impactful user experiences.

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to align on goals, vision, solution, and outcomes.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation.

• Constantly iterate based on feedback and data.

• Measure and analyze product performance post-launch and iterate accordingly.

Your Experience & Skills

• 5+ years of experience designing digital SaaS products, ideally in cybersecurity or other complex domains.

• Strong portfolio showcasing UX and UI excellence in complex systems.

• Proven ability to lead initiatives, ask the right questions, and challenge assumptions.

• Skilled in user research methodologies from generative discovery to usability testing.

• Actively seeks feedback, validates ideas with users, and works in an iterative design process.

• Takes total ownership of their work, bringing the right people together to drive solutions.

• Comfortable working in ambiguity and bringing structure to complex problems.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a team-first mindset.

• Positive attitude, low ego, and proactive approach to driving change.
