About The team
Delivery team serves as a vital force of delivery operations in Tik Tok Shop. Excelling in precise, prompt delivery operations, our aim is to ensure every package reaches its destination safely and swiftly. Committed to customer satisfaction, we navigate challenges with the spirit of efficiency & collaboration, embodying Tik Tok Shop's dedication to excellence in every delivery.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Overseas and supervise end to end processes daily hub operations in Jabodetabek area (First mile & Last Mile operations)
2. Maintain and control Manpower cost, courier supply and also COD process in accurate reconciliation of settlement courier
3. Provide coaching and support to Spv, and Hub Lead to ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
4. Achieve all KPI related with service to customer, cost, productivity, quality, & customer satisfaction
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance overall operational efficiency.
6. Ensure the direction of strategy is consistent.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in first mile & last-mile delivery operations, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics management software.
4. Strong understanding of logistics principles and first mile & last-mile delivery processes.
5. Ready to be placed in Sumatera / Jabodetabek / East Java

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
2. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
3. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
4. Good communication and attitude
