About the Team

Tik Tok's Partnerships Managers are responsible for building long term partnerships with clients, to educate and inform them about commercial opportunities within Tik Tok. Our innovative advertising products are high-impact and engaging, we create a native experience for our users and develop deep connections with our brands.

About the Role

The Key Accounts team is looking for a Partnerships Manager to manage and drive the household personal care (HHPC) vertical. As a Partnerships Manager, you will be the designated expert for your industry and will be tasked with defining the way forward for long-term business relationships. Success in your role requires an overall understanding of the digital media ecosystem, develop and nurture relationships within the HHPC vertical, and an ability to evolve in a fast-paced demanding startup environment. You will be evaluated against your impact in terms of marketing budgets revenue generation as well as the strategic initiatives you will carry forward towards positioning Tik Tok as a key platform for companies in your industry of focus.

Responsibilities

  • Define the vertical strategy and key accounts planning within your book of business
  • Create compelling vertical narratives and playbooks to reflect on industry-based trends and use cases that match your partners business objectives
  • Grow existing relationships within the vertical and work towards unlocking additional opportunities
  • Develop a consultative and product driven approach to offer best in class media strategies from business planning to measurement of KPIs
  • Educate brands stakeholders on the key value of Tik Tok as a platform and build on best practices for the vertical
  • Ensure a state-of-the-art business servicing level with the support of the client solutions and the cross functional teams
  • Initiate and lead on all internal and external initiatives pertaining to the focused industry to meet revenue objectives

Minimum Qualifications

  • Language & Communication: Due to the nature of the clients and regions this role will be supporting, high fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written), with strong client-facing communication skills is essential.
  • Experience in media sales, digital marketing, or brand/performance advertising with a strong sales track record.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage senior stakeholders and drive business agendas that meet revenue objectives.
  • Excellent communication skills and strategic thinking, ideally supported by strong relationships with key regional marketing decision-makers.
  • Proven success influencing stakeholders and consistently reaching or exceeding sales targets.

  • Self-starter and fast learner with a can-do attitude and experience building projects from the ground up.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, constantly evolving environments.
  • Creative, strategic thinker with an ability to approach problems from new angles.
  • Strong communicator and presenter with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
  • Passionate about Tik Tok marketing and experienced in GCC markets, with enthusiasm for building new initiatives from scratch.
