About the role
Responsibilities
Team Introduction
Our Client Solutions Team helps nurture market accounts through high-touch client service and education on solutions, supporting brands in achieving their marketing and business objectives. Cross-functional collaboration is a mainstay for the team in providing holistic solutions that cover product knowledge, vertical expertise, and market-level insights.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a team of client solutions managers to deliver results against set goals.
- Take the initiative and operate with a high degree of autonomy.
- Lead the development and localization of processes and advertiser/agency service models to ensure effective service and drive growth.
- Analyze campaign performance data to offer clients data-driven business insights, and at the same time, use those insights to improve our advertising offerings.
- Support and work with the sales team on pre-sale research and pitch.
- Conduct regular business reviews and take a consultative, long-term approach to build productive relationships with clients, in collaboration with the sales team.
- Work to manage custom programs or sponsorships with other departments internally and lead the custom content campaigns to ensure assets are distributed and delivered on time.
- Serve as an external product consultant educating clients and agencies on product solutions and best practices, and ultimately grow existing business partnerships.
- Proactively lead product update discussions, educate brands and agencies on Tik Tok's new and existing products, and advise on best practices to drive optimal performance and groundbreaking campaigns.
- Invest in the team & people. Coach the team on both industry/market know-how and necessary skill sets.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
-
Solid experience in digital marketing, product, consulting, communications, or internet technology, with 5 years of experience managing teams.

Experience strategizing, planning, managing performance, and branding campaigns.

Expert in digital marketing channels and products; pro in campaign optimization.

Solid knowledge & experience in tracking, attribution, and measurement logic; experience using some of the major tools like GA, Appsflyer, Adjust, etc.

Project management experience in a data-driven decision-making environment.

Strategic thinker with experience identifying and leading initiatives to drive business performance.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Highly organized, confident, and self-motivated individual who is equally comfortable managing a strong-performing team and communicating with C-suite staff.
