Responsibilities:

The Risk Control & Security team is responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for both buyers and sellers. As Senior Risk Analyst, you will be part of a team that is responsible for building, scaling, and monitoring business processes that detect and prevent fraudulent activities in various scenarios.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately respond to escalations in a timely manner, by analysing the escalations using internal tools and working with other stakeholders to confirm the findings
• Perform periodic reports on the latest account security cases and issues existing on the platform
• Strategise and work with the product team to create solutions / tools that protect the platform from ATO and scams, such as social engineering, session hijacking, phishing, and other malicious behaviours

• Establish policies that protect users and the platform from ATO and scams by working with external stakeholders
• Design and communicate education initiatives to increase user awareness of security
• Work with cross-functional teams on driving critical projects to address risk and fraud problems on the platform

Qualifications:

• Minimum Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree or above with a background in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business & Economics, Mathematics, Criminology, or other related fields

• 2+ years of product manager experience and/or data analytics preferably in the e-Commerce industry

• Basic understanding of fraudulent behaviours in e-commerce

• Preferred Qualification

• Proficiency in SQL is required; fundamental understanding of statistics or algorithms is a plus

• Structured, data-driven, analytical thinking, innovative and able to be individual and/or team contributor

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and effectively liaise with people at all levels
