WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
This role is based in Jakarta, Indonesia and focuses on Foot Locker, with additional responsibilities across multi-channels. It reports to the Asia Pacific Latin America (APLA) GM of Sales at the Philip H. Knight (PHK) Campus and collaborates closely with APLA Jordan Sport teams and the Southeast Asia & India (SEA&I) Sales team.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Nike is seeking a driven Senior Jordan Sales Representative who thrives on building partnerships and shaping marketplace strategy. This individual will champion consumer focus, identify product opportunities, and deliver compelling brand experiences. Success in this role requires strong relationship management, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of sports culture and industry trends. The ideal candidate combines commercial acumen with creativity, ensuring seasonal targets are met while elevating the Jordan brand across diverse markets.
Key Qualifications:

Based in Jakarta, Indonesia

Minimum 5 years’ experience in either field sales, retail buying, merchandising, or sales planning/analysis

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and maintain influential relationships

Strong knowledge of sports, athletic industry trends, and merchandising strategies
-
Fluency in English required; additional language skills are an advantage
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You’ll shape and execute Jordan’s Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy through impactful partnerships and seasonal planning. From sell-in to sell-through, you’ll deliver persuasive product presentations, optimize assortments, and drive growth opportunities.

Manage key accounts and serve as the primary contact for all Jordan-related matters

Execute seasonal sell-in activities and support sell-through with cross-functional teams

Deliver accurate seasonal assortments, forecasts, and scenario plans

Ensure timely submission of orders and coordinate tracking and retail launch details

Prepare and present clear, persuasive product and brand presentations

Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders at all levels

Drive retail elevation across markets and leverage best-in-class examples globally
