We are on the lookout for Senior Key Account Managers who can drive growth and enrich our ecosystem. Tik Tok's local services partnerships are a critical means of accelerating the platform's service offerings to users and merchants. As a Key Account Manager, you are expected to provide deep product insights and ongoing consultative support to Tik Tok's product and local services teams. The immediate focus will be on top local services partners in dine-in to further accelerate service offerings on Tik Tok.

Responsibilities

  • 0-1 business development/partnership building, identify top and key local services partners in Food and QSR industries.
  • Drive Tik Tok adoptions and provide integration marketing solutions to customers and achieve industry deep cultivations.
  • Conduct customer visits, negotiate cooperation and contracts with key partners.
  • Partner with local service merchants in delivering high-quality content through short videos, live streaming, influencer match making to improve their sales/transactions.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experienced in partner development or account management.
  • Strong understanding of the food/dine-in industry and its trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to negotiate and build relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Preferred experience working as part of a global or international team.
  • Robust product acumen, with the ability to understand and contribute to product strategy.
  • Strong customer relationship maintenance, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities, with preference for experience in the social media industry.

Compensation

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $168,150 - $273,600 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
