As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.

• Oversee lifestyle (e.g. Food, Travel, lifestyle vlog) creator onboarding, incubation, and operational workflows to enhance content production efficiency.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive creator growth, engagement, and monetization opportunities
• Manage merchant partnerships, performance analytics, and platform compliance to optimize creator success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and scale creator programs effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications

• Strong communication skills (both English & Bahasa Indonesia)

• Ability to manage mass communication and facilitate group coordination.

• Good analytical skills, communication skills, and team working skills;

• Able to work at least 4 days a week for at least three months

• Preferred Qualifications

• Proactive, highly organized, and detail-focused

• Thrives in a dynamic, creator-facing environment with shifting priorities.

• Experience in creator operations, particularly managing small creators or merchant projects, with strong follow-through across all process stages.

• Process-oriented thinker with the ability to propose and maintain templates, SOPs, and shared documentation for efficient workflows.

• Basic understanding of Tik Tok and content trends in the F&B or attractions industry is a plus.
