Team Introduction

Tik Tok LIVE Team is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes. As a new form of content, livestream creates value for all parties in the ecology. LIVE provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content. It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships with creators; It provides healthy and objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity. It also serves as a "new infrastructure" for the expansion of ecological boundaries.

We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in November / December 2025. Internships at Tik Tok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Watch your ambitions become reality as your inspiration brings infinite opportunities at Tik Tok.

Candidates can apply to a maximum of two positions and will be considered for jobs in the order you apply. The application limit is applicable to Tik Tok and its affiliates' jobs globally.

Successful candidates must be able to commit to the following internship:

  • From December 2025 - February 2026 (onboard by 15 Dec 2025)

Key Responsibilities

  • Being responsible for Tik Tok LIVE User Product, responsible for overall user experience for respective category domains and different user cases, providing tailored solutions to respective categories, contributing to improving User Experience and Content Supply.
  • Utilize data analysis, industry research, and user feedback to identify optimization opportunities, supporting the design and implementation of product solutions.
  • Help drive improvements in user acquisition, conversion rates, and customer retention by assisting with product planning and collaborating on operational initiatives.
  • Support understanding of the industry ecosystem, including creators, creator networks, and users, to help streamline product offerings, and build trust for better business growth.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or a related technical discipline.
  • Solid understanding of product planning and strategy, with the ability to break down business problems into product solutions and proactively develop short, medium, and long-term plans for execution.
  • Strong data analysis skills to identify product challenges and propose actionable product solutions independently.
  • Good user empathy and business acumen, with the ability to understand project contexts and evaluate outcomes.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to identify issues, facilitate communication between teams, and effectively manage resources. Well-developed interpersonal skills and a strong ability to work under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Enthusiasm for content products.
  • Bonus: working experience in LIVE or other content product is preferred.
