The Tik Tok OGC Industry Solutions team is dedicated to driving the construction and development of a professional, high-quality content ecosystem. We focus on key verticals, including Film & TV, Sports, and News, and empower publishers, rights holders, media organizations and creators through product and operational initiatives, enabling them to produce premium content, and achieve sustainable growth and user penetration in respective verticals.

Our team is deeply committed to building product infrastructure and formulating distribution strategies, delivering a seamless, secure and high-performance content consumption experience to global users. Our scope of work covers product capability promotion, partner growth, and key project & campaign operations, helping to enhance the efficiency of premium content supply and distribution.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze platform-related product requirements proposed by rights holders, define and build industry-wide standard product solutions and collaborate with the product team to drive the design and operation of new solutions.
• Develop and implement systematic product training programs for global regional operation teams.
• Participate in the formulation of global Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies and lead the execution of localization initiatives.
• Monitor core product performance metrics and drive the implementation of data-informed product optimization solutions.
• Serve as the key liaison for capability alignment between product, R&D and regional operations teams, coordinating cross-functional collaboration to deliver tangible results.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s)

• 3+ years of product operations experience in content platforms or the pan-entertainment industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualification(s)

• Solid data analysis skills in product performance tracking and measurement; experience in GTM strategy formulation and promotion.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications, with the capability to independently draft Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and Product Requirements Documents (PRD).

Compensation

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $104,712 - $235,980 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
