The Role

We’re building Commercial Banking from the ground up and are looking for a Director Product Management to lead the strategy, architecture, and delivery of our next-generation business banking platform.

This is a 0→1, company-level role responsible for defining how businesses move and manage money across modern rails — including Wires, ACH, Fed Now, and emerging real-time/stablecoin settlement. You will set the vision, drive the roadmap and deliver the experiences and infrastructure that commercial clients need to run their businesses.

You’ll operate with high autonomy, influence executive strategy, and lead complex, regulated financial systems from concept through scale.

What you’ll do:

  • Define the multi-year product vision and roadmap for Commercial Banking

  • Own and deliver client facing experiences and APIs and end-to-end platform: business accounts, payments rails (Wires, ACH, Fed Now), treasury capabilities, and APIs

  • Lead 0→1 product development from discovery through launch and scale

  • Manage and grow a product team to drive roadmap and delivery as business scales

  • Partner cross-functionally with Business, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Treasury, Finance, Sales and Operations teams to bring product roadmap to life

  • Translate regulatory and operational constraints into elegant product solutions

  • Drive measurable outcomes: adoption, volume, reliability, cost efficiency, and risk performance

  • Influence company strategy and mentor other PMs as a subject-matter expert in commercial banking

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, ideally in a technical, finance, or quantitative field.

  • 10+ years of product management experience, with significant time in platform and B2B roles

  • Experience building and growing teams of product managers

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and influence skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical complexity for diverse stakeholders. Experience presenting to C-level leadership

  • Direct experience building commercial/business banking or payments products

  • Deep knowledge of Wires and ACH systems and operations

  • Experience launching regulated financial products at scale from within a Bank

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with proven track record leading ambiguous, cross-team 0→1 initiatives independently

  • Strong technical fluency with APIs, ledgers, and payments architectures

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Fed Now or real-time payments (RTP)

  • Stablecoin, tokenized deposits, or blockchain-based settlement experience

  • Sponsor bank or Banking-as-a-Service experience

  • Treasury, cash management, or reconciliation platform exposure

  • Experience building front-end b2b experiences

  • Experience building developer-first financial platforms or serving fintech/platform customers
