Responsibilities

Fulfilled by Tik Tok (FBT) is Tik Tok Shop's official fulfillment solution, providing merchants with an end-to-end service that includes warehousing, packing, and delivery. The FBT Seller Growth team focuses on the platform's core merchants and drives scaled adoption and deeper usage of FBT through structured merchant growth and fulfillment solutions. The team plays a critical hub role across merchants, products, operations, and cross-functional collaboration, and is a key pillar of Tik Tok Shop's 2026 strategic priorities.

The FBT Seller Growth Central Strategy Team is a sub-team under Seller Growth. Its primary mission is to define clear goals and strategies, coordinate cross-functional support teams, and integrate internal resources to support FBT's overall business objectives.

  • Goal setting and tracking: Define and break down business goals for the seller operations team, align targets with industry seller management teams, and establish clear tracking mechanisms to ensure effective process monitoring.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Build collaboration frameworks with logistics, industry teams, and other supporting functions to ensure information sharing, priority alignment, and effective use of internal resources. Key partners include (but are not limited to) logistics strategy, governance, creator teams, marketing, and TSP/agency teams.
  • Team enablement and efficiency: Improve BD/AM efficiency through productization and standardization, including initiatives such as pitch deck development, automated FBT merchant reporting, leads management, BD funnel tracking, training programs, knowledge base documentation, and pitch deck optimization.
  • Project management: Own and drive key strategic initiatives end to end, define success metrics, proactively identify bottlenecks, and mobilize resources to resolve issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above with solid knowledge of logistics fulfillment and e-commerce operations, with 2+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or related roles.
  • Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to independently analyze data and produce insights to support business decisions.
  • Ability to operate in complex and fast-changing e-commerce and fulfillment environments.
  • Strong execution mindset, fast learner, high sense of ownership, and strong collaboration skills, with the ability to continuously grow professionally with guidance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience at leading B2B logistics platforms in China or the U.S. is a plus
  • End-to-end ownership experience for large-scale projects is a plus

Compensation

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $111,467 - $208,578 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
