Responsibilities:

Explore business development opportunities and recruit more creator networks (live streamer agencies) to join the Tik Tok LIVE Creator Network program.
Research and identify marketing opportunities to deliver business growth and revenue goals.
Leverage quantitative and qualitative market data insights to provide product or strategy suggestions to help influencers and agencies achieve overall incremental growth.
Define the KPI for influencers and agencies, conduct periodic progress data review and reporting, provide quantitative and qualitative insights, and define action plans and follow-through.
Onboard, train, and manage multi-channel networks, agencies, and partnership organizations to build a strategic talent pool for the livestreaming platform.
Work with multi-channel networks and agencies to ideate and execute bespoke programs and strategies to scale content performance, revenue generation, and management capabilities.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Management, or a related field, and 1 year of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Management, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following:
Managing partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies and talent within the social media industry;
Providing strategic guidance related to managing social media talent and scaling their development;
Engaging in business development within the social media industry, including industry research, strategic networking, and pitching for positive ROI; and
Assisting live streaming events to configure events setting, serving as operations point of contact, and monitoring the live events to ensure seamless execution, optimal performance, and adherence to established guidelines and policies.

**Job InformationFor Pay Transparency Compensation Description (annually)**The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $83600 - $143556 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
