Responsibilities:

• Define the long-term strategy, leading key initiatives, and setting future direction of the category;
• Provide industry knowledge and leveraging own network to ensure success of category;
• Hire and develop a strong team;
• Acquire and incubate Fashion brand principals, business partners to support category growth;
• Discover innovative collaborative models that fit into partners' short-term and long-term development plans, and invest platform resources effectively and efficiently;
• Collaborate cross-functionally to unlock partners' potential on platform, drive business growth and adoption of livestream and short videos;
• Navigate through ambiguity, adapting to frequent changes and influencing key stakeholders to drive decisions for the category;
• Solve key challenges in business growth by strong collaboration with cross-function teams.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree and above, network within the Fashion space and strong knowledge of the Brazilian Fashion industry landscape, consumer demands, digital evolution and mobile transformation;
• Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, logical thinking, and analytical skills;
• Customer service orientation and experience working in a client facing capacity;

• Strong sense of social content, practical experience in the social commerce, content marketing, influencers, and creativity in the categories;
• Solid experience in people management and leading a diverse team, experience of owning P&L;
• Fluent in English and Portuguese, good communication and collaboration skills working cross functionally in a global working environment.
