About the team

This Partner Product team will be responsible for partnering with external clients such as ISVs and merchants, to better improve their experience in working with Tik Tok Shop. They will be responsible for understanding the Tik Tok Shop platform ecosystem, and continue to design integration solutions for varying business scenarios.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for partnership management, and business/solution implementation of independent software vendor (ISV) ecosystem partners.
• Establish effective collaboration mechanisms with ISV partners and ensure their smooth operation.

• Execute the GTM (Go-To-Market) strategy for ISV applications, and drive partner business success.
• Participate in the development and execution of overall ecosystem strategy; continuously gather industry insights to update business strategies.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, monitoring performance, and reporting, ensuring stakeholders are aligned on key objectives and timelines.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above, with over 3 years of experience in product operations.
• Experience in partnership management and a strong network of ISV resources in DTC/ Marketplace e-commerce.
• Experience in API integration of DTC/ Marketplace.
• Possess business perspective and strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Demonstrate strong abilities to communicate strategy/approach across diverse teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Love content and enjoy shopping.
• Experience in e-commerce merchandising platforms, seller onboarding tools, or buyer-seller matchmaking systems.

Job Information:

For Pay Transparency Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $121600 - $232645 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
