Responsibilities

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

It brings together online sellers, buyers and creators - all within Tik Tok to build a one-stop, seamless shopping experience and bringing more commerce solutions that further enable our community to discover and engage with what they love.

  • Use internal platforms to support creator operations, including outreach and configuration of incentives
  • Identifying the Affiliate Program strategy based on business needs and driving quality creator/content supply and GMV growth via Affiliate services/platform
  • Align with cross-function teams to improve creators' experience on Tik Tok, initiate and create opportunities for creators to grow, including but not limited to online and offline campaigns, brand opportunities, product launches, etc.
  • Deliver creator performance reports and insights by diagnosing audience conversion metrics of creator commerce content

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong educational background, currently pursuing a Bachelor/Master in university, eligible to work in France
  • Available to start internship in January for 6 months
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively within a diverse range of people and job functions
  • Fluent in French and English to facilitate communication with stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong in both verbal and written communication, flexible in an organisational environment
  • Extensive relevant experience in content-based platform
  • A proactive and resourceful mindset, with a strong sense of accountability
