Responsibilities

At Tik Tok, our Brand Partnerships Managers are at the forefront of building long-term relationships with the world's most iconic brands. Within the Retail team, you will help shape the future of retail storytelling on Tik Tok - partnering with leading brands to drive innovation, cultural relevance, and measurable business impact through our most creative and high-performing advertising solutions.

As part of the wider Retail team, you'll play a key role in defining how brands connect with audiences on Tik Tok - inspiring them to show up in ways that are entertaining, authentic, and influential.

Responsibilities:

  • Grow Tik Tok's business within the Retail vertical, working closely with leading and emerging retail brands.

  • Identify and unlock new business opportunities to fuel long-term growth.
  • Lead senior client relationships and drive adoption of Tik Tok's ad products, creative solutions, and strategic best practices.
  • Engage with C-suite stakeholders to build trusted partnerships and grow revenue.
  • Shape Tik Tok's external narrative in the category through thought leadership and proactive client engagement.
  • Act as a product and strategy expert, guiding clients and agencies through the evolving Tik Tok ecosystem.
  • Provide education and insights on platform trends, creative excellence, and performance strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, product, and measurement teams to elevate campaign outcomes.
  • Monitor performance and deliver insights to drive continuous improvement and tangible business results.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience in media sales, digital marketing, social or brand partnerships within retail or performance sectors.
  • Understanding of auction-based buying models, lead generation, and full-funnel marketing strategies.
  • Strong track record of managing senior client and agency relationships, including C-level engagement.
  • Analytical and strategic thinker with a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a flair for storytelling.
  • Collaborative, entrepreneurial, and culturally curious.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with creator marketing, platform trends, and automotive communities on Tik Tok.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
