Responsibilities

The Infrastructure team supports the company's fast growth by building and operating hyper-scale datacenters, managing the life cycle of server fleet, providing cloud solutions, and developing various infrastructure services and making sure they are scalable and are reliable.

• Develop and lead on-site security operations, incidents and vulnerability remediation efforts across our data centers and network Po Ps environment.
• Lead and manage security incidents, point of contact for security issues that occur on site, incident commander in event of an issue.
• Subject matter expert for all security control and related process areas
• Develop strategies for improving electronic surveillance and access control systems.
• Analyze and oversight of scheduling and staffing requirements for area of responsibility.
• Support program managers and facilitate security project deliverables; devise security strategies, achieve financial targets, improve the overall operational security.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• 3 years+ experience in data center security operations
• 3 years+ experience with risk management, vulnerability assessments for data center
• Excellent organizational direction, time management, problem-solving, prioritization, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules/shifts/areas, including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

• Works well under pressure and within time/budget constraints to solve problems and complete security deliverables.
• Experience with Lenel and Avigilon systems is a plus
• Working knowledge of Security Operation Center (SOC) development/management is a plus.
• Working knowledge and/or certifications in: Genetec, AMAG, Software House, Hirsch, S2 and other ACS, VMS, IDS and CCTV system is a plus
