Global Business Solutions is a marketing solution, including Tik Tok For Business, that naturally connects companies and brands with audiences looking for new interests and curiosities to help solve business challenges across the funnel, from awareness to customer acquisition. We help businesses solve business problems across the funnel, from awareness to customer acquisition.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.

Responsibilities

• Business analysis and modeling of IT industry's largest domestic and foreign companies to explore new business opportunities.
• Research and analyze focus areas, develop business plans, and offer proposals for the company's new business development.
• Understand the company's existing business, follow industry trends and related businesses, and propose management strategies accordingly.

Minimum Qualifications

• Language and Communication Skill: Business level JP and English. Strong written communication skills in both EN and JP.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to gather and interpret complex data from various sources to derive actionable insights.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced level of tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in data analysis, documentation, and reporting to ensure accuracy and reliability of insights.
• Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous Internship Experience: Management consulting firm, PE/VC, IT industry internship experience.
• Academic Background: Strong academic background in quantitative fields such as mathematics, statistics, economics, or computer science.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Financial Knowledge: Familiarity with Financial reports and IR materials
