Workday’s Japan Adaptive Planning team purpose is to build an outstanding customer experience by delivering engaging and innovative consulting services to help customers, partners, and employees make the most of the Workday Adaptive Planning system.

About the Role職務概要

本職務の担当者は、WorkdayのEPM/CPM(Workday Adaptive Planning)ソリューションの導入を成功に導く責任を負います。ファンクショナルコンサルタントとして、プロジェクトにおけるWorkday製品の専門知識および導入のノウハウを提供します。また、顧客と連携してビジネス要件を把握し、Workdayソリューションの設定(コンフィギュレーション)やテストを支援します。業務遂行にあたっては、担当プロジェクトのエンゲージメント・マネージャーの指示に従い、進捗報告を行います。

主な職務範囲

  • 製品知識の習得: Workday Adaptive Planning製品スイートのエキスパートになること。
  • 導入プロジェクトの遂行: 顧客のビジネス要件の把握、ソリューションの提示、プロトタイプシステムを用いた設定内容の実演、および顧客によるテストの支援。
  • データ移行支援: 顧客と協力し、レガシーシステム(旧システム)からWorkday Adaptive Planningへのデータ移行を支援。
  • プロジェクト管理: エンゲージメント・マネージャーから割り当てられたタスクを、予算化された時間枠内で完了させる。
  • 統合(インテグレーション)支援: テクノロジーコンサルタントと連携し、Workday Adaptive Planningとサードパーティ製ソリューションまたはカスタムソリューション間の統合設定およびテストを支援。
  • Workday製品との統合支援: Workday Core Financials / Core HCMとの連携設定およびテストを支援。
  • 方法論の遵守: Workdayの導入方法論を理解し、すべての案件でそれを活用する。
    ベストプラクティスの提案: 顧客がWorkdayのベストプラクティスを最大限に活用できるよう支援する。
  • 顧客満足度の維持: 本番稼働後に、その顧客が(他社への)リファレンス(導入事例)となれるよう確実な導入を行う。

  • 進捗報告: エンゲージメント・マネージャーに対し、進捗状況の報告を行い、プロジェクト全体のステータスを常に共有する。

Job Description

  • Become a Product Expert: Become an expert in the Workday Adaptive Planning product suite.
  • Execute Implementation Projects: Understand client business requirements, propose solutions, demonstrate configurations through the development of prototype systems, and assist the client in testing the solution.
  • Data Migration Support: Work with the client to help convert legacy data into Workday Adaptive Planning.
  • Project Management: Complete the work assigned by the Engagement Manager within the budgeted time allocated.
  • Integration Support: Collaborate with technology consultants to help configure and test integrations between Workday Adaptive Planning and third-party or custom solutions.
  • Workday FIN/HCM Integration Support: Configure integration with Workday Core Financials / HCM and support test.
  • Adherence to Methodology: Understand Workday’s implementation methodology and apply it to all engagements.
  • Advocate Best Practices: Ensure the client takes full advantage of Workday best practices.
  • Maintain Client Satisfaction: Ensure the client is referenceable once they are live in production through successful and high-quality implementation.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Participate in update training and other events to share product expertise and skills with other consultants.
  • Status Reporting: Provide the Engagement Manager with regular status reports and keep them apprised of the overall project status.

  • 語学力: ビジネスレベルの日本語、および上級レベルの英語力。

  • マルチタスク遂行能力: 複数のプロジェクトを同時に展開・進行した経験。
  • 出張対応: 業務時間の最大25%程度の出張が可能であること。

Basic Qualifications

  • 6 years of experience implementing Enterprise EPM/CPM solutions: Experience as either a consultant or a customer in implementing solutions such as Oracle EPM Cloud, CCH Tagetik, Anaplan, etc.

  • Consulting Experience: Previous consulting experience within a consulting or software company.

  • Functional Expertise: Deep understanding and expertise in at least one of the following functional areas:

  • FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis)

  • Workforce Planning

  • Financial Consolidation

  • Language Skills: Business-level Japanese and advanced English proficiency.

Other Qualifications

  • Passion for Customer Service: A strong drive and commitment to supporting and ensuring client success.
  • Validated Project Management Experience: Proven track record and skills in managing projects effectively.
  • Functional Experience: Hands-on business experience in FP&A, Workforce Planning, or Financial Consolidation.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Superior verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.
  • Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering: Ability to analyze business processes and facilitate requirements gathering sessions.
  • Rapid Technology Adoption: Ability to quickly learn and master new technologies through formal instruction and self-directed training.
  • Multi-project Deployment: Experience in deploying or managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Travel Requirements: Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
