About the role
Senior Experience Designer is to independently lead design initiatives from concept through execution. This role requires a strong balance of design excellence, stakeholder management, project ownership, data interpretation, and storytelling. should be able to design, manage, and lead projects independently, work seamlessly with cross-functional stakeholders, and confidently oversee the end-to-end design lifecycle
About the Role:

Responsible for the elicitation, analysis, and documentation of a client's business needs and requirements.

Elicits, writes formal specifications, and communicates business requirements between development and client to design and implement business solutions.

Develops and improves business processes within the technology and business organizations and understands client requirements, specifying and analyzing these to a sufficient level of detail to ensure clarity of definition.

Translates complex business requirements into technical solutions as required.

Makes technical solution recommendations to meet requirements based on understanding of how technical solutions will impact the business and stakeholders as required.

Responsible for building and maintaining a relationship with customers.

Uses a structured requirements process to assess near-term needs.

Adheres to metrics to ensure customer satisfaction and may recommend metrics.

Ensures that implementation follows the design.

Ensures change management and communication of change to team and/or client is done in a systematic way for complex projects

Proactively identifies, recommends, and implements improvements to the process.

Develops an in-depth awareness and understanding of multiple Thomson Reuters technologies, products, and services.

Participates in short term planning sessions with a client to improve a business process
About You:
-
The Senior Experience Designer should be able to lead projects end to end, from understanding business requirements to collaborating with Product Owners, Technology teams, and business stakeholders.

They should have strong communication skills, a problem-solving approach, and a growth mindset—proactively identifying potential solutions before aligning on next steps.

The role will also involve exploring opportunities to integrate AI into GTM tools.

A working understanding of Salesforce and Conga is preferred, along with the ability to quickly connect the dots between existing tools, user needs, and the broader product vision

You must have hands-on experience with Figma — this is mandatory.

You must have experience using design and prototyping tools such as In Vision and Adobe XD.

You must have strong skills in Data Research and Analysis to support design decisions with insights.

You must be able to communicate insights effectively through Data Storytelling.

You must have experience working in a GTM / Go-to-Market environment.

You must have experience using AI in design workflows.

You must be comfortable researching and evaluating AI tools for design and business use cases.

You should be able to connect user needs, business requirements, existing tools, and product vision into clear design solutions.

Working knowledge of Salesforce is mandatory for this role.

Working knowledge of Conga is mandatory for this role.
