Key Responsibilities

Website & Page Management:

  • Build and update event landing pages, microsites, and registration pages using templates and design tools.
  • Implement brand‑approved layouts, imagery, color schemes, and messaging.
  • Manage and update RSVP forms, ticketing components, session information, and event logistics.
  • Ensure all digital assets (banners, images, videos) are properly formatted and optimized for web use.
  • Maintain consistency across multiple event pages and ensure they adhere to branding and accessibility compliance guidelines.
  • Upload, edit, and proofread content including text, images, schedules, speaker bios, and sponsor information.
  • Conduct thorough quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and functional integrity across pages.
  • Optimise responsive content across browsers and devices (desktop, mobile, tablet).
  • Implement content updates quickly and accurately in response to business needs, event changes, or campaign launches.

About the Role:

  • Work closely with Marketing and Product to execute page updates according to timelines.
  • Translate stakeholder requirements into quickly deployed and visually consistent web pages.
  • Attend weekly update calls and provide progress reports on pending requests and published pages.
  • Flag system issues, bugs, or design inconsistencies proactively.
  • Familiar with work management/ticket systems e.g. Wrike

About You:

  • Proven experience managing web or event pages via Splash That, or similar CMS (e.g., Hub Spot CMS, Word Press, Cvent, Bizzabo).
  • Strong understanding of web layout, design principles, and digital content best practices.
  • Capable of minor HTML/CSS adjustments (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong proofreading skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple concurrent tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating with distributed teams.
