What To Expect
As a construction project coordinator you will focus on the administrative aspects of projects at Tesla. A project coordinator will ensure that tasks are completed on time and they will facilitate communication between team members, and track progress. This role will oversee multiple construction projects from conception to completion.

What You'll Do

Issue purchase orders (POs), onboard vendors, and ensure contracts are in place before work initiation

Oversee safety onboarding, badge issuance, and ensure compliance with safety rules across projects

Assist in the coordination and scheduling of meetings for project teams and stakeholders

Prepare project-related correspondence, updates, meeting minutes, slide decks, and internal dashboard updates

Handle document controls, distribute updated drawings, and manage RFIs and submittals

Ensure timely resolutions for RFIs, submittals, and other project documentation issues

Facilitate communication between team members, track progress, and support on-time task completion

What You'll Bring

Experience in construction project coordination, preferably in tenant improvements, commercial or industrial sectors

Education in construction management, engineering, or equivalent relevant field

Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Outlook, MS Office, PowerPoint, and Excel

Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment

Capability to pinpoint problems and develop creative, practical solutions
