As a member of our team, you must have a genuine passion for technology and a bias toward solving challenges that will fundamentally change the world’s energy and EV charging infrastructure. We are seeking a skilled, motivated individual comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a high degree of self-sufficiency.

In this role, you will be accountable for sourcing, procuring, and managing physical tools across the APAC region for the Energy & Charging Service team. You will develop and execute the APAC physical tooling program, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Tooling, Procedure Development, Training, Campaign), and drive improvements in procurement, logistics, and tool management to support installation, service, and the Certified Service Provider Program (CSP).

What You'll Do

  • Manage timelines, planning, and coordination of parts and materials for installation and service tool development across Energy product lines.
  • Oversee tooling calibrations, certifications, and replacements across the APAC region.
  • Collaborate with Tooling, Procedure Development, Training, and Campaign teams to ensure timely support for new and ongoing projects.
  • Handle sourcing: navigate BOMs, sort materials, issue RFQs, negotiate pricing, draft POs, and secure approvals.
  • Onboard new APAC tooling suppliers.
  • Manage APAC tool fulfillment, including inbound/outbound logistics.
  • Drive process improvements in tool logistics, cost reduction, and procurement operations.
  • Ensure internal and external POs are properly sourced, monitored, and fulfilled.
  • Optimize tools ordering across APAC.
  • Automate physical tooling workflows.
  • Resolve physical tooling challenges escalated from the field.
  • Perform data analytics on APAC tooling workflows.
  • Develop tooling KPI reports.
  • Coordinate tooling shipments.
  • Lead setup and fulfillment of Megapack tools for the Certified Service Provider Program (CSP).

  • What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or other quantitative/technical fields preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in procurement, buyer/planner roles, or related fields, ideally in engineering or manufacturing environments.
  • Strong understanding of BOM management, vendor negotiation, and purchasing processes.
  • Experience with RFQs, POs, and vendor management.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Proven project management skills, delivering projects from inception to completion.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with industrial equipment, tooling, or field service hardware.
  • Experience with procurement software and tools like JIRA or other project management platforms.
