A DAY IN THE LIFE:

International Digital Commercial Specialist:

6‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract | Switzerland

Tandem Diabetes Care is seeking an International Digital Commercial Specialist to support and scale our digital commercial execution across international markets. This is a hands‑on role focused on enabling digital reach and delivering seamless digital customer experiences for both healthcare professionals (HCPs) and patients.

You will play a key role in managing and optimising digital platforms, including websites, email automation, and Field CRM, while also acting as a steward of customer master data. Working closely with Marketing, Commercial Excellence, and cross‑functional partners across multiple regions, you will help plan, execute, and measure impactful digital initiatives that support customer acquisition, engagement, and growth.

This role is offered as a 6‑month fixed‑term contract and is based in Switzerland.

A Day In The Life:

  • Implement and manage international website content updates across all web properties, ensuring consistency, usability, and alignment with global brand standards.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize email campaigns using marketing automation platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to manage campaign intake, planning, and execution.
  • Design and maintain content models, information architecture, and technical documentation to support scalable digital operations.
  • Implement and optimize lead capture and nurture journeys to maximize engagement.
  • Optimize and automate processes across tools such as HubSpot, Airtable, and SFDC.
  • Integrate data from multiple platforms to create a unified customer view (HCPs and patients).
  • Provide ad‑hoc user support for Field CRM and digital marketing platforms.
  • Develop digital playbooks and a champions network to drive engagement with sales and marketing teams.
  • Act as customer data steward, coordinating data implementation and governance across the organization.
  • Ensure all digital activities comply with company policies and legal and regulatory requirements (including GDPR).
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

You're Awesome At

  • Hands‑on experience with CMS platforms, marketing automation tools, and CRM systems.
  • Proven ability to manage digital customer journeys and multi‑channel campaigns.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with experience measuring campaign performance against business KPIs.
  • Working understanding of relational databases across multiple systems.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across functions.
  • Solid knowledge of data privacy and compliance requirements (GDPR, CCPA).
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic HTML/CSS for email, e Learning modules, and web platforms (a plus).
  • Proactive, self‑driven mindset with a strong ability to work in a collaborative, international environment.

Extra Awesome

  • 1–3 years’ experience managing enterprise CMS, email automation platforms, and CRM tools.
  • Experience in healthcare, medtech, or consumer tech environments preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering and optimizing digital campaigns.
  • Experience working within EMEA or multinational organizations required.
  • Willingness and ability to learn and adapt to new digital platforms.

Language Requirements

  • Professional proficiency in English (required).
  • Proficiency in at least one additional European language (preferred).

Job Scope

  • Applies professional concepts within own area of expertise to resolve issues creatively.
  • Works on problems of varied scope requiring analysis of multiple contributing factors.
  • Operates with general guidance on routine work; minimal direction required for new projects.
  • Exercises discretion and independent judgment on a regular basis.
