Key Responsibilities/duties: 主要职责

• Continuously fully comply will all GMP standard requirements.

• Responsible to stop further processing in the event of encountering non-conforming products condition.

• Will perform repetitive to frequent tasks using standard procedures and various conventional and/or manual machine tools.

• Will work from engineering drawings and/or specifications.
  根据工程图纸和/或规格进行作业。

• Will be required to comply with documentation and/or record keeping procedures.
  确保文件和/或记录满足流程要求。

• Will use precision measuring equipment to ensure components meet engineering specifications.
  使用精密的测量仪器确保产品满足工程规格。

• Will use precision measuring equipment to ensure components meet engineering specifications following attribute charts and or SPC templates.
  使用合适的量具确保部件的工程规格遵循过程控制模版和图表的特性。

• May perform minor offset adjustments to keep components within engineering specifications.
  可以通过微调保证产品满足工程规格要求。

• May assist maintenance personnel with routine maintenance.
  能协助工程维护人员进行常规的保养。

• May train others on operational and/or documentation procedures.
  能在操作和文件流程方面培训他人。

• Follow all safety policies and requirements

Required/desired Qualifications: 必要/期望的任职资格

• 3+ years related machining experience preferred
  3年以上相关机加工经验优先考虑

• High school or above educational background
  高中及以上教育背景

• Technical degree required or equivalent experience
  理工科学位或同等经验。

• Must be able to observe and correct minute inconsistencies (e.g. in the printed word, etc.).

• Must be able to follow and explain detailed instructions and inspection procedures.

• Must be able to complete detailed documentation accurately.

• Ability to analyze and correct routine to frequent issues using independent judgment.

• Blueprint/schematic reading
  能够阅读图纸。

• Effective interpersonal communication skills.

• Intermediate math and measuring skills.

• Ability to operate small hand tools ( e.g. pliers, screwdrivers, hammer, wrenches, etc.), power tools, and common measuring equipment.
