Job Description:

• Plan, design, develop, introduce and implement finishing process solutions. 计划，设计，开发和实施表面处理工艺方法。
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation for finishing process. 推动表面处理工艺持续的改进和创新。
• Introduce advanced methodology to the site. 向工厂引进先进的制造方法
• Manage current finishing process capacity and implement capacity expansion if required to meet future capacity demands. 管理表面处理工艺生产力，并在需要时扩展产能，以满足未来的产能需求。
• Define equipment’s configuration; introduce equipment by working with Purchasing, I/E, Facility, Maintenance, Quality; finish EVA and work instruction before handing it to Production. 定义设备配置；通过采购，I / E，设备，维护，质量等方式引入设备; 在移交生产前完成EVA和工作指导。
