As a Program Manager in New Product Development, you will lead cross-functional teams in planning and execution of business critical, complex projects and programs to bring innovative medical devices to market. This role requires you to work closely with Business Unit leadership stakeholders to ensure project objectives are appropriate, required project resources (budget and people) are allocated, and project risks are mitigated. You will be responsible for ensuring that project objectives are delivered on-time and within budget. This is a hybrid role and requires to be in the office 3 days a week**.**

What You Will Do

  • Define and manage program scope in collaboration with business unit leadership
  • Develop and maintain detailed program schedules, including critical paths and intersecting milestones
  • Create and monitor program budgets in partnership with cross-functional leaders
  • Lead development and execution of program risk management plans
  • Assign and manage cross-functional resources, including onboarding and performance feedback
  • Develop and execute stakeholder engagement and communication plans
  • Drive quality planning and ensure compliance with regulatory standards throughout the program lifecycle
  • Creating a shared vision with project team that cultivates a collaborative, accountable, and high performance execution

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Scientific or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of professional experience in project or program management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex programs
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions and manage ambiguity
  • Ability to work independently with high accountability and integrity

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP or PgMP certification or equivalent
  • Master’s degree (MS or MBA)
  • Previous experience in medical device industry
  • Foundational experience as an engineer, with applied understanding of engineering processes and workflows

$153,400- $255,700 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

Travel Percentage: 10%
