Work Flexibility: Hybrid

You will be part of the Indirect Procurement Strategy & Programs team, supporting the evolution of our Coupa Procure to Pay (P2P) ecosystem. This position is a key contributor to expanding our Indirect procurement operations within the Warsaw Shared Services Center.

What you will do

• Provide advanced P2P and Coupa support, including requisitions, supplier onboarding, end‑user assistance, issue resolution, Guided Buying adoption, catalog management, preferred supplier strategies, and contract compliance.

• Execute and oversee P2P activities, ensuring data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and achievement of defined KPIs and performance targets.

• Act as a frontline Coupa subject‑matter expert, managing escalations via Service Now and collaborating closely with AP, Master Data, and IT teams.

• Deliver clear, professional communication (verbal, written, and presentation‑based) to support end users, stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams.

• Develop, maintain, and monitor procurement analytics and dashboards (including Power BI) to track spend, user behavior, and compliance.

• Analyze data to identify process gaps, savings opportunities, and continuous improvement initiatives that drive efficiency and value.

• Support and, where appropriate, lead e‑sourcing (RFx) events in Coupa, partnering with Indirect Procurement on sourcing strategy and execution.

• Drive enablement and continuous improvement through advanced training, automation, standardization, and deep expertise in Coupa and related P2P processes across regions.

What you need

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance/Accounting or related field

• 3+ years of relevant experience with demonstrated advanced capability across indirect procurement, sourcing, or P2P operations

• Experience with procurement systems such as Coupa, Ariba, or Jaggaer, including Guided Buying, catalog management, preferred supplier frameworks, and RFx / e‑sourcing support

• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with solid Excel skills

• Experience with Service Now

• English full professional proficiency

Preferred:

• Experience with Coupa is strongly preferred

Salary information will be provided during the recruitment process.

Travel Percentage: 10%
