Join our team as an Associate Sourcing Manager, where you will lead strategic sourcing activities, optimize supplier relationships, and drive cost savings. Reporting to the Senior Sourcing Manager, this role focuses on achieving business goals through supplier management, contract negotiation, and continuous improvement initiatives. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality, sustainability, and value in every project.

What You Will Do

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to achieve optimal quality, service, and cost.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to drive performance and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Negotiate contracts, including supply and quality agreements, to achieve favorable terms and mitigate risks.
• Conduct supplier and market analysis to identify opportunities for consolidation, cost reduction, and process improvements.
• Lead supplier selection and onboarding processes for new product launches and transfers.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support business objectives, including quality improvement and risk assessment.
• Monitor supplier performance through audits, site visits, and performance metrics to ensure alignment with goals.
• Drive ethical and sustainable sourcing practices across the supplier base.

What You Will Need Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in strategic sourcing or commodity management, with a total of 10 years in purchasing, planning, or manufacturing roles.
• Demonstrated experience negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships.
• Strong analytical, financial, and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Preferred:

• Experience in regulated industries such as medical devices, aerospace, or pharmaceuticals.
• Knowledge of ISO13485, FDA QSR, or similar quality standards.
• Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
• International sourcing experience and proven intercultural competencies.

Note: This is a fixed term position for 2 years.
