Build the Institutional Partner of Choice for Digital Wealth!

State Street Investment Management is building the next generation of ETF distribution by embedding directly into the fastest growing digital wealth platforms.

We are not looking for a traditional asset management distribution head.

We are looking for a platform dealmaker.

This Managing Director will lead US Direct Retail Digital Wealth Partnerships with a clear mandate: sign long term, scalable partnerships that integrate SSIM ETF capabilities into digital brokers, neo banks, robo advisors and embedded finance ecosystems.

If you have built strategic partnerships at a digital platform and understand both user growth and monetization economics, this role is built for you.

What You Will Do

  • Originate and Close Strategic Platform Partnerships Identify and close multi year agreements with digital wealth platforms
  • Structure white label ETF mandates, co manufactured ranges, model portfolio integrations and recurring savings plan partnerships
  • Negotiate preferred provider or embedded positioning agreements
  • Design scalable revenue share models aligned to user growth and recurring flows
  • Embed SSIM into Platform Ecosystems
  • Move from product shelf presence to full integration
  • Align ETF capabilities with product roadmaps
  • Drive recurring investment adoption and automation use cases
  • Build partnership frameworks that scale across millions of users

Operate at Founder and C Suite Level

  • Lead negotiations directly with founders and executive teams
  • Build multi year commercial roadmaps with platform partners
  • Represent SSIM as the institutional partner that understands fintech velocity

Drive Internal Execution

  • Act as the commercial owner across product, capital markets, legal and finance
  • Translate platform needs into institutional capabilities
  • Push for speed, clarity and accountability

Who You Are

  • You have 15 plus years experience in fintech, digital brokerage, asset management partnerships or platform strategy
  • You have signed large, complex, multi year distribution or monetization agreements
  • You understand platform economics including user acquisition, engagement, recurring revenue and margin leverage
  • You are fluent in ETFs, savings plans, model portfolios and embedded investing
  • You are comfortable navigating institutional environments while maintaining fintech speed

Salary Range:

$170,000 - $267,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
