Who we are looking for
The Senior Associate – Revenue Insight Center provides subject matter knowledge in the assigned area of Financial Planning & Analysis, develops a thorough understanding of State Street’s business practices to effectively perform independent, complex reporting or analytics to support the add-hoc needs of the businesses.
The candidate should have a background in financial analysis including budgeting & forecasting, typically acquired through related experience in the financial services industry. The position requires excellent analytical, research and financial modeling ability coupled with strong communication, and time management skills.
What you will be responsible for
Completion of high-quality deliverables within the committed timeframe. Deliverables vary by BU focus but typically relate to;
- Monthly revenue waterfalls including variance analysis along with preparation of management presentations describing insights
- Month/quarter/year-end closing and forecast as well as Annual Operational Planning process (budget)
- Collaborate with CFO, Billing and Accounting teams to identify and resolve issues / concerns
- May be required to participate in or conduct a wide range of ad-hoc financial analyses on critical and complex issues
- May develop and/or update various financial models to generate analyses
- Collects information and analytical needs from CFO to determine analysis approach
Education & Preferred Qualifications
6-8 years relevant experience ideally covering multiple of the following:
- Financial Planning & Analysis in a global setting with experience in Budgeting & Forecasting process
- Prior experience in Revenue reporting or Salesforce reporting will be an added advantage
- Proactive and ability to build relationships with cross functional teams
- Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to interact with executive management
- Exhibits an exceptional standard of quality which includes attention to detail, organization, thoughtful analysis and problem solving and accountability for excellent results

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), advanced levels of excel (pivot tables, formulas, excel workbook maintenance best practices)
- Knowledge of Hyperion Essbase, Salesforce, PowerBI, AI tools will be an advantage
- Strong Analytical skill set
