Job Summary

The Vice President role within the Payments, Cash, and Custody (PCC) program is responsible for providing leadership and delivery oversight for large‑scale transformation initiatives across Global Delivery. The role partners closely with Technology, Product, Operations, and Risk to ensure effective execution, operational readiness, and alignment with enterprise strategy and regulatory requirements.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and accountability for assigned PCC initiatives and value streams.
  • Drive execution of PCC strategy across Global Delivery, ensuring alignment to priorities and outcomes.
  • Serve as an escalation point for delivery risks, dependencies, and resource challenges.
  • Partner with Technology and Product to ensure solutions meet operational and business requirements.
  • Represent Global Delivery in PCC governance, steering committees, and senior leadership forums.
  • Oversee business readiness activities including testing, training, migration, and stabilization.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, risk, and control requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to influence and drive execution
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi‑year transformation or technology projects
  • Strong understanding of operating models, platform migrations, and business readiness.
  • Experience applying business analysis principles to define requirements, assess impacts, and support solution design at scale.
  • Experience in custody, cash, payments, or related financial services operations
