As a **Supply Planner, Asia Outdoor,**MTD for NEA,SEA,CN, you’ll be part of our Asia Supply Chain team working as a on-site employee. You’ll get to:

• Collaborate with various commercial teams to gather 12 months rolling forecast to input into JDA
• Work and coordinate with US affiliate factories or Sourcing Team on productions to ensure timely supply based on forecast
• Lead daily and weekly supply planning process to monitor supply plans, escalate supply risk and develop mitigation plans in the first time
• Work with commercial to understand the sales target, ensure customers pickup as forecasted
• Assigned project executions
• Partner with Product Management Team to closely monitor the product portfolio status, so that can recommend customers with suitable products
• Data support for IBP
• Any other tasks related to this functions

• With 5+ years’ experience in supply planning and S&OP experience
• Strong data analysis capability, business insight,high sense of duty and customer awareness

• Fluent oral & written English, Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Can work under pressure
