Position Title: Customer Service Specialist/ Business Care Partner

Location: Melbourne

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Employment: 12 month fixed term contract

In this role you are responsible for ensuring that sales data and ordering expectations of Stanley Black & Decker’s customers are met. This role will be dealing directly with internal and external stakeholders with an overall focus on customer service excellence and order accuracy.

In this role, you will get to:

  • Deal directly with technical and general enquiries via telephone, electronically or face to face if required
  • Keep precise records of discussions and correspondence
  • Offer written information to dealers and customers, analysing situations to resolve their enquiries
  • Process compensation and refunds

You also will have:

  • Previous experience in a phone-based customer service environment
  • A passion for building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • The ability to liaise with a variety of different type of people of people including dealerships and customers
  • Exceptional communication and problem solving abilities
  • The ability to work on your own with minimal supervision and actively as part of a team
  • The ability to work onsite at Box Hill office approximately 1 day a month.??
  • Ability to work flexible hours between 7am-7pm (38 hours a week)
