Data Platform’s mission is to enable the application of data in an intuitive and efficient way—helping Spotify extract value from data at scale.

Data Platform is responsible for how data is collected, processed, stored, governed, and made available to the thousands of engineers, data scientists, and analysts who build Spotify’s products.

With AI agents increasingly writing data pipelines and powering personalization, this is one of the most consequential infrastructure domains at Spotify.
