Overview

Responsibilities

  1. Work with engineering requirements, work orders, prints, charts,sketches, work instructions, documents, verbal and electronicinformation to manufacture to quality requirements, parts andassemblies.
  2. Setup and perform all manual assembly operations and related machinefunctions required to accomplish assignments.
  3. Use precision measuring instruments required to accomplish tasks.
  4. Assemble and mate structural parts and assemblies by drilling,route, ream, countersink, spotface, counterbore and installing fastenersutilizing hand-powered tools
  5. Qualified candidate will need to successfully pass a skillsdemonstration.
  6. Utilize tooling in the assembly of components into sub-assemblies orend items.
  7. Verify work performed is per work instructions and meets processand/or engineering specification. Identify discrepancies found perapplicable procedure.
  8. Ensure equipment and tool certification occurs per procedure.
  9. Perform work within allotted schedules.
  10. Support the continuous flow of product within the manufacturingprocess by training and assisting employees at all classificationlevels.
