  • Knowledge of software development processes and technical skills: Solution Architects must know the DevOps and DevSec Ops best practices for guidance in the addition to new and existing technologies.
  • Communication with stakeholders such as application and system owners, leadership stakeholders, partners and vendors. The Jobholder must convey technical language to other stakeholders often in non-technical terms.
  • Organizational and time management skills in order to ensure Architecture deliverables are on schedule and complete.

  • Expertise across multiple architectural domains (Business, Data, Application, and Technology).
  • Adequate knowledge of at least one major Public Cloud Platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud architecture best practices (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
  • Understanding of enterprise applications and platforms critical to Aerospace, such as ERP, PLM, MES, and Cyber Security.
