The role

So Fi is building the future of digital money — and So FiUSD, our bank-issued stablecoin, is a foundational pillar of that strategy.

We’re looking for a senior Product Marketing Manager (IC6) to own end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for So FiUSD, spanning consumer adoption and institutional distribution. This role sits at the intersection of crypto, payments, banking, and infrastructure, and will be the single threaded owner for how So FiUSD is positioned, launched, and scaled in market.

This PMM will:

  • Build trust, understanding, and usage of So FiUSD with consumers

  • Drive distribution and adoption of So FiUSD with banks, payments networks, and strategic partners (e.g., Mastercard)

  • Serve as the primary marketing POC for Product, Sales, BD, Legal, Comms, and Execs on all things stablecoin

What you’ll do:

  • Define and own the global GTM strategy for So FiUSD across:

  • Consumer adoption (crypto trading, payments, transfers) including positioning and full funnel GTM strategy

  • Institutional distribution (banks, fintechs, payments networks, partners) to position So FiUSD as a credible, scalable stablecoin solution for Banks, payment networks and fintech/infrastructure providers

  • Build and own So FiUSD sales enablement capabilities including pitch decks and narratives, event strategy and execution

  • Partner closely with Brand, PR and Content teams to establish So FiUSD as the most trusted digital dollar - powering institutional money movement at scale and becoming the default dollar for consumers

  • Translate product capabilities and regulatory constraints into clear, differentiated market positioning

  • Align roadmap, messaging, and launch plans across Product, Legal, Risk, Comms, and Growth

  • Operate with minimal oversight in a highly regulated, fast-moving space

  • Anticipate risks and proactively course-correct messaging or GTM plans

  • Influence senior stakeholders through clear thinking, strong POVs, and crisp storytelling

What you’ll need:

  • 8–12+ years of Product Marketing experience, with senior IC scope

  • Direct experience marketing crypto, blockchain, payments, or financial infrastructure

  • B2B crypto or fintech experience, including:

  • Partner marketing

  • Sales enablement

  • Institutional or platform GTM

  • Proven ability to:

  • Translate complex technical products into clear, credible narratives

  • Work closely with Legal and Compliance in regulated environments

  • Own GTM strategy end-to-end, from positioning to launch to iteration

  • Comfort operating in early or ambiguous product spaces

Nice to have:

  • Invest category experience and interest is a plus

  • MBAs encouraged to apply
