The Asana Marketing team is a global team focused on revenue and field marketing, product marketing, brand and content creation, advertising, and lifecycle marketing. We are responsible for fueling business growth. We create campaigns, content, events, and sales enablement to grow our business.
As the Product Marketing Manager – Partnerships, you will own the end-to-end product marketing strategy for Asana’s most strategic technology integrations and ecosystem partnerships — including AI-powered integrations. You’ll shape how we bring these partnerships to market, from defining messaging and positioning to driving launches, sales enablement, and ongoing go-to-market strategy.
This is a highly cross-functional role requiring deep collaboration with Product, Partnerships, Sales, and Marketing. You will act as the connective tissue between our product roadmap and our partner ecosystem, ensuring integrations deliver clear customer value and differentiated market impact.
This role is based in our San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays and Fridays. Working from home depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. If you're interviewing for this role, your recruiter will share more about the in-office requirements.
What you will do in this role:
-
Own full-stack product marketing for strategic partnerships and integrations, including AI integrations, from messaging and positioning to launches and ongoing GTM strategy.
-
Lead integrated go-to-market plans in close partnership with Product, Partnerships, Sales, and Demand Gen to drive awareness, adoption, and revenue impact.
-
Enable Sales and Customer Success with compelling narratives, pitch decks, and training that support co-sell motions and strategic deals.
-
Partner deeply with Product to align roadmap, customer insights, and market opportunities, ensuring strong product-market fit and launch readiness.
-
Leverage market, customer, and performance insights to refine positioning, optimize launches, and identify new ecosystem growth opportunities.
About you:
-
8–12 years of experience in product marketing, partnership marketing, or a related GTM role within a B2B tech environment
-
Proven experience owning full-stack PMM responsibilities: messaging & positioning, launches, GTM strategy, and sales enablement
-
Experience marketing technology integrations, platform ecosystems, or AI-powered products
-
Strong cross-functional leadership skills and experience partnering closely with Product teams
-
Ability to translate technical capabilities into compelling business value narratives
-
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for a range of audiences, from executives to field teams
-
Strong project management skills with the ability to drive multiple launches concurrently
-
Analytical mindset with experience using data and customer insights to inform strategy
-
Curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them for enhanced productivity and decision-making
-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus
-
Ability to travel as needed for events and partner engagements
