We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Global Strategic Accounts to join Snap Inc! You'll drive revenue by building and managing strategic partnerships with global brands and agencies to help them expand their digital presence on Snapchat. You'll need great presentation skills, a proven record of managing the C Suite, the ability to manage many projects at once, and a deep understanding of the digital advertising world.
What you’ll do:
Leadership & Strategy:

Player-Coach: Lead and mentor the newly formed Strategic Accounts team, fostering a culture of consultative excellence and professional growth.

Strategic Architect: Design and execute bespoke account frameworks that unlock revenue and elevate client relationships to the C-suite level.

Global Integration: Scale vertical playbooks and "Golden Rules" globally, balancing high-level strategic integrity with local market nuances.
Client Transformation

Trusted Advisor: Serve as a C-suite consultant, identifying core business challenges to deliver high-impact, end-to-end media solutions.

Product Evangelist: Drive accelerated adoption of Snapchat’s product suite through continuous client education and strategic alignment.

Strategic Alignment: Map learning agendas and sophisticated buy models directly to client KPIs to ensure measurable business impact.
Operational Excellence

Cross-Functional Catalyst: Partner with internal and agency stakeholders to bridge the gap between global strategy and flawless operational execution.

Performance Frameworks: Build the infrastructure for success—defining best practices for sales/service and establishing rigorous growth metrics and reporting.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of the global media ecosystem, including programmatic buy models, identity solutions, and cross-channel measurement frameworks.

A trusted advisor to the C Suite of some of the world largest and most popular brands
-
Strong existing relationships with top marketing decision makers for brands and their agencies

Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals

Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment

Creative, outside-the-box thinker and strategist

Excellent communication and presentation skills

A team player and collaborator
Minimum Qualifications:
-
BA/BS degree or equivalent years of experience
-
12+ years of marketing, brand advertising, media sales, and/or online advertising experience
-
2+ years of management experience
-
Vertical Expertise: Proven track record of developing vertical-specific playbooks (e.g., Retail, Tech, CPG) that have demonstrably scaled client business.

Operational Rigor: Exceptional project management skills with the ability to institutionalize processes across different time zones and cultures.
-
Agility: A "builder" mentality—comfortable creating frameworks from scratch in a fast-paced, evolving industry.
-
Communication: Mastery in simplifying complex strategic concepts into digestible, actionable executive summaries.

Ability to travel at least 25% of the time

Compensation:
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position.These pay zones may be modified in the future.
Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):
The base salary range for this position is $276,000-$414,000 annually.
Zone B:
The base salary range for this position is $262,000-$393,000 annually.
Zone C:
The base salary range for this position is $235,000-$352,000 annually.
This position is eligible to participate in a sales incentive program. This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
