The PCG R&D Lead Technician of Production System Platform Management Team is responsible for creating and maintaining, product configuration and custom formula development programs across PCG divisions

  • High School Degree

  • Professional language skills in Italian and English

  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records

  • Proven experience in delivering results while working independently and as part of a team to execute tasks accurately and consistently according to project timelines

  • Ability to interface with different business units to satisfy customer requests

  • Works with Manager to build, evaluate and maintain custom formula creation files to support internal and external customers within the PCG business groups

  • Frequent and direct interaction with Marketing, Product Technical labs, and various support groups

  • Develop more in-depth technical and business knowledge regarding custom formula creation for paint products.

  • Identify potential Continuous Improvement opportunities

  • Accurate documentation and presentation of lab results and technical information

  • Plan, schedule, execute work, analyze results, and make recommendations based on those results.
