  • Bachelor’s degree with a recognized accounting certificate or

  • LCCI Diploma in Accounting or any other equivalent qualification Preferred:

    • KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:Required:

  • 5 to 10 years accounting experience gained in MNCs

  • Strong Excel skills

  • Having sense of dedication in meeting reporting deadlines

  • Fast worker with a keen sense for detail

  • Proactive and team player

  • Preferred:

  • Experience with Oracle is a definite advantage, but not a must.

  • Operates as independent professional and strong communication skills

  • Good teamwork spirit and willing to learn

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • English and mandarin speaking

  1. GL duties:
    a. Fixed assets
  • Oversee preparation and tracking of capex, CIP movement report
    b. Balance sheet schedules
  • Prepare/review
    c. Preparation of journals entries, review GL reports
    d. Interco recharges
    e. Month end accruals reports
  • Coupa, PR and Concur
    f. US GAAP reporting – reconciliation with US Gaap

  1. Tax related duties:
    a. Withholding taxes reporting, GST/VAT – One Source preparation and tax reporting
    b. Tax computation for Corp Tax, ECI and final tax

  2. Audit related duties:
    a. Fixed Assets – Plan and oversee yearly fixed assets count
    b. Statutory and internal audit

  • Preparation of audit schedules, consolidation worksheets, RPT, asset sightings, liaison with external auditors etc
  1. Other duties:
    a. Lucernex
  • Real Estate and Equipment leasing entries
    b. Document archival
    c. Preparation/submission of Royalties template to USA
    d. Government surveys and questionnaires
