Service Now is looking for a Senior Account Executive to own the mid-market commercial business across the Africa region. You will carry full quota responsibility for a defined territory — driving new logo acquisition, expanding existing accounts, and positioning the Now Platform as the enterprise digital transformation platform of choice. This is a high-growth, greenfield opportunity in one of the world's fastest-developing technology markets.

Service Now is looking for a Senior Account Executive to own the mid-market commercial business across the Africa region. You will carry full quota responsibility for a defined territory — driving new logo acquisition, expanding existing accounts, and positioning the Now Platform as the enterprise digital transformation platform of choice. This is a high-growth, greenfield opportunity in one of the world's fastest-developing technology markets.

  • Execute consultative, multi-threaded sales at C-suite and VP level — connecting platform capability to measurable business outcomes.
  • Build and maintain 3–4× pipeline coverage with accurate weekly forecasting
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, solution consultants, professional services, and customer success to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Work with channel and alliances partners — including SI partners and hyperscalers — to activate co-sell and referral pipeline.
  • Represent Service Now at regional conferences, customer forums, and partner events across Africa.
  • 5+ years in B2B enterprise software or SaaS sales with a consistent record of quota attainment.
  • Demonstrable experience selling into African markets with an established executive network across the region.
  • Strong consultative selling skills — value-based, outcome-led, and MEDDPICC or equivalent methodology.
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder deals from discovery through close.
  • CRM discipline with proficiency in Salesforce for pipeline and forecast management.
